1-1 coaching is hands down the best way to achieve your goals. You will work directly with me a personal coach who will build a training plan specifically for you, your goals, training history, injury history, work and life schedule and commitments, sports and hobbies.
1-1 support will enable your coach to give you a full consultation, utilise video movement analysis of you in the gym and participating in your sport, reviews and monitoring ongoing progress and performance markers to develop and promote constant development and help prevent any drop off in performance through overtraining and fatigue.
1-1 Rehab & Corrective Exercise Support:
We also off support on an individual bases for anyone who has been injured or suffers from pains through improper movement and or poor posture. If you’ve had or you have an injury and required specific and specialist rehabilitation or help with muscle imbalance and movement correction this is for you. You will receive a full consultation, video movement analysis, individualised rehab and corrective plan, reviews and result monitoring to develop and promote constant development.
